Looking good. i should have the 4th incarnation of my chameleon built up by the end of the week, similar to the first version, just much lighter

mainly the highlighting around the back edge of the rider, all the other pics in your album look great, except this one. the more i look, the more i'm sure

after my ransom was nicked, my cham is being built up like it was before but better, so far i've got wotans, rafeface atlas bars, elixir brakes, full xt drive train, and it's going to have straitline finishing kit  gonna be pimp! |

voila! its a great stand, cheap and cheerful but works really well, take the clamp bit out of the holder and stick it in a vice and its perfect for servicing forks etc. Yer its a pain with the bikes but should have my chameleon up to a sick build before too long |

The bolts are countersunk so are flush with the stinger

Yer i've seen yours, looks real smart. i'm hoping to upgrade wheels and forks soonish, as the forks are at windwave being repaired already

You really don't notice at all and if it makes pedaling hard its set up wrong. Never dropped a chain with one, highly recommended!

Looking good! how are you finding it/the stinger etc?
I should have mine rebuilt next week with a pretty light xc set up but going to alternate between that and HT DH bike such versatile little creatures |

Thanks, its a 36, had to file it slightly to fit the cranks though. I mashed some of the teeth on the stock Firex's after only a week
|

To be honest without it in front of me i can't remember exactly, but put it in the 6 o'clock position and it'll be out of the way because it doesn't go the whole way round right?

There is a ridge on the drive side, sorry there isn't a photo of that side in this album

I always ran the BB at 6 o'clock which made it fell really planted bu did lead to the banging the pedals a little bit. Its going to be built up as my XC bike in the summer, just bought a new bike today for the AM/FR duties

No problems at all, the top of my head it just replaced the 2 driveside spacers, can't remember how thick the plate is exactly

Yer i'll just miss the finishing touches like the pedals/stem etc. Can't wait to ride it, feels like it'll be alot faster, both up and down. Only problem is that when i screwed on the shock pump, the valve sheared off so need to get that sorted! |
